Building Character, Confidence, and Problem-Solving Skills — One Young Builder at a Time!

Jump Start Builders is an innovative, hands-on learning program that introduces children to the world of STEAM in construction, design, and skilled trades. Through fun, age-appropriate activities like blueprint reading, measuring, tool safety, and real building projects, we empower young learners to discover their strengths early, especially those who thrive through doing, not just sitting.

Every year, families across our communities look for meaningful extracurricular activities to support their children’s growth. At Jump Start Builders, we go beyond typical programs by offering hands-on experiences that teach real trade skills, opening doors to future opportunities. When parents enroll their children with us, they’re not just signing up for another after-school activity. Building Strong Skills and Stronger Character.

Jump Start Builders is a unique, hands-on program designed for children ages 4 to 17 that combines construction skills training with powerful character-building lessons. We believe that teaching kids how to build with their hands also helps them build confidence, resilience, and real-world readiness.

Through interactive activities and age-appropriate construction projects, children learn more than just how to use tools—they learn how to problem-solvework as a team, and believe in themselves. Whether it’s measuring wood, reading blueprints, or assembling structures, every project reinforces core values like responsibilityfocus, and perseverance.

What We Offer:

  • Construction Skills: Real-world techniques taught in a safe, encouraging environment—kids learn how to plan, build, and finish hands-on projects.
  • Character-Building: Each session integrates life lessons on teamwork, leadership, patience, and self-worth.
  • Confidence That Lasts: Students leave with more than a finished project—they leave with a sense of accomplishment and belief in what they can do.

Give Your Child the Foundation for a Strong Future

Help them build skills that matter—on the job site and in life.
