At Jump Start Builders, we believe that the future is built by those who dare to create, innovate, and lead. Our mission is to ignite a passion for construction, trades, and leadership in young minds by providing hands-on learning experiences that prepare them for successful careers.
From curious kids exploring their first building projects to young adults preparing for careers in the trades, FCA provides the tools, training, and mentorship needed to shape the next generation of builders, innovators, and leaders.
What We Do
We offer engaging, hands-on programs that introduce students ages 4 to 24 to the world of construction, problem-solving, and leadership. Through our Jump Start Program, workshops, apprenticeships, and mentorship initiatives, we help students develop real-world skills, build confidence, and discover career pathways in the construction industry.
✅ Jump Start Young Builders (Ages 4–12) – Fun, hands-on activities that introduce kids to building, creativity, and teamwork.
✅ Jump Start NextGen Builders (Ages 13–24) – Career-focused programs that teach trade skills, leadership, and career readiness.
✅ Apprenticeships & Career Pathways – Connecting young adults with industry mentors, internships, and real-world work experience.
✅ School & Community Partnerships – Bringing construction education directly to schools, cities, and organizations.
Why It Matters
The construction industry is facing a skilled labor shortage, yet many students never get the opportunity to explore careers in the trades. FCA is here to change that. By bridging the gap between education and industry, we help students gain the skills they need for high-paying, in-demand careers—all while eliminating the stigma around vocational work.
